I believe that the key success factor for leaders and teams to deal with the world in exponential transformation is their ability to continuously learn. The constant unlearn and detach from known models, to be open to new possibilities and creations that generate sustainable results.
This finding was one of my inspirations for the creation of UBUNTU TEAMS, a face-to-face and virtual program whose main objective is to promote the continuous development of people, teams, and organizations.

DEVELOPMENTAL SPASMS!
I started drafting UBUNTU TEAMS when I had an insight, upon hearing a story about Chinese medicine: people paid doctors every month and, when they got sick, they stopped doing that. Amazing, isn't it? The business model was focused on health and not on disease...
Immediately, I reflected on my work and the human development industry. I realized how much most of the offers in this market are focused on the “diseases of organizations”. The more problems in organizations, the more prosperity for consultancies and human development professionals – myself included.
So, when I found myself also taking care of these "diseases", I decided to review my business model and created UBUNTU TEAMS.
Through this program, I set alongside the managers the aim and stages of the monthly monitoring process of professionals (individually and in groups), teams, and organizations, in a journey of permanent and perennial evolution, from the individual to the collective.
In this journey, the following stages stand out:
DIAGNOSIS from a deep and broad listening of discomforts, strengths, and subtleties present in the teams, to define the first steps
CONNECTION definition or reconnection with the PURPOSE, what matters (CARE), and the SHARED PROMISE between direction and team

INTERDEPENDENT AWARENESS to generate NEW BEHAVIORS and individual and collective attitudes of the team, from the INTEGRAL TRANSFORMATION, that is, the MENTAL, EMOTIONAL and PHYSICAL aspects.

UBUNTU TEAMS is essentially linked to my purpose of, from my own growth, accompanying people and teams in the processes of transformation and evolution, integrally and systemically, so that they can harmonize with the changing world
